cinnamon roll pudding

I've baken a batch of cinnamon rolls in the weekend, for the first time. It is so dry it's uneatable. But it tasted so good I decided to do something with it. Bread pudding is the perfect option, it's really good for upgrading almost bad bread products. When I first made it I didn't really believe it will be okay, but since then I'm pulling it out from time to time, and it never failed to amuse me.

lots of cinnamon rolls
1 carton of custard (425g)
raisins
milk

I heated my oven to 120C fan (140 normal).
I tear up the cinnamon rolls into a baking tin (approx. 30x20cm). I sprinkled it with raisins, then added the custard, and some milk. The amount of milk depends on the consistency of your bread, the dryer it is you need more of the milk. Mix it up while pouring the milk. You want a creamy paste covering the bread.
Bake for 30 mins. (I baked mine at 130Cfan for 20 mins + 110 fan for 10 mins.)
Sprinkle with some sugar and caramellize it inder hot grill for 1-2 mins (I skipped that part and hopped into the hot bath waiting for me instead.)

The easiest ever bread pudding recipe I used to hold my hand is this:

I will try those cinnamon rolls again.
