moroccan lentil soup

1 medium sized onion
1 clove garlic
3-4 tomatoes
1 can lentils
3 tsp ras el hanout
1/3 vegetable stock cube
1 tsp cumin

fry the onions, add the spices (&cube) than the tomato, cook until it forms a sauce. add the lentils and some water, cook for a few more minutes, then blend some of it to thicken.

eat with sour cream.
