Asian noodles

250g spaghetti (whole wheat)
4 cloves of garlic
a thumb-size piece of ginger
some chilli flakes
savoy cabbage (8 medium leaves)
spring onions (2)
any other vegetable you like (carrots, cabbage, peppers, whatever)
3 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp soy sauce (light might be better)
1 tbsp sesame oil

Cook the spaghetti according to packet instructions.
Cut the garlic and ginger into pieces, add to the food processor with the chilli flakes and mince. pour into wok with some peanut oil (I added it to the food processor to make mincing easier) and fry for a few minutes.
Add the onions & savoy cabbage. Fry for a few mins. Mix the tahini, rice wine, soy sauce &sesame oil and add to the wok. Add the cooked spaghetti, mix & enjoy.
I used these:http://scrumptiousisters.blogspot.hu/2010/11/asian-takeout-style-noodles.htmlhttp://devilandegg.com/?p=4133http://www.goop.com/recipes/salads/asian-chicken-salad-bowl
But it wasn't perfect, something was missing. Definitely needs some honey and lemon juice maybe... and some stock?
