4 big peaches, halved and cored
80g almond meal (or ground almonds)
40g brown sugar
40g butter, melted
cinnamon
turn in the oven to 170C fan (190C). put the peaches into a baking sheet/bowl, cut side up. mix the ingredients together and fill into the peach halves. bake for 35-40 mins, or until the almond is browned and the peaches are cooked through.
serve with sour cream / whipped cream on top.
I believe the original recipe is from the book Nigel Slater: Ripe, but I don't have the book unfortunately to confirm. (these peaches are so good, I'm thinking about having it now.)
