what to eat for breakfast 1 - blueberry oatmeal muffin

We love oatmeal for breakfast. But my new office does not have a kitchen yet, so I need something simple these days. After looking into the refrigerator (we had some blueberries and raspberries striving for attention), I knew I wanted blueberry or raspberry. I also knew I will replace the flour with almonds. As I'm not a perfect cook yet, I looked for recipes and made my own.

90g flour
100g ground almonds
120g rolled oats
60g brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
a good pinch of salt
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 cups blueberry and raspberry (or any fruit really)
250ml milk
57g butter, melted
1 egg, beaten

I heated my oven to 190 (fan, that would be 210 in a normal oven).
I mixed dry ingredients (flour, almonds, oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, lemon zest), then added fruits. Mixed again, to coat the fruits with some powder (so they won't stick together). After that, added the milk, butter and egg, and mixed just until combined.
I spooned the mixture into silicone muffin cups, not quite to the top, leaving some space for them to rise (I filled 16) and baked them for 20 minutes (until brown).
